WELCOME, TUTORS!

4C Virtual Tutor Conference
October 24, 2025

Join us for this year's Virtual Tutor Conference,

GPS: Growth, Planning, Success. Registration is now open, and so is proposal submission.

For simplicity, conference materials refer only to tutors, but writing consultants, SI Leaders, PAL facilitators, and other learning support practitioners are always welcome, too!

Visit the conference page for full details and to register.

Note: At least one session proposal needs to be received from your college/university

for you to attend the conference.

We'd love for it to be yours!

Talk to your supervisor about details,

and scroll down for some helpful info.

“[The session] was very insightful and the presenters were amazing. They did their best to include us all in the session and I think their advice is something I will utilize for my tutoring and everyday life.”

WE WANT TO
LEARN FROM YOU!

Whether you are a peer tutor, a veteran SI Leader, or on a second career as a professional writing tutor, you have valuable insight and experience to share. A hallmark of the 4C Virtual Tutor Conference is that it is tutor led, meaning that all sessions are by and for tutors. Gain résumé-bolstering experience and strengthen our field by presenting at a national conference on tutoring techniques, program outcomes, or your own center's innovations.

Not sure how to start or what the reviewers might be looking for? The 4C leadership has developed a webinar on how to prepare a successful presentation proposal submission.
